7.5 K Run + 14-Minute Interval Training

I ran about 10.9 K in 55:06.09.

I ran because I wanted to test-run in a new pair of running pants, a top, and a nylon hoodie that I bought in Amayoko today.
The hoodie is bright yellow, and is very thin, soft, and light.
The pants are in two different shades of green.
The waist rubber is wide and very comfortable.
The top is a black adidas.
It's no-sleeve, and very tight-fitting.
It has three shallow pockets on the back at the bottom.
I don't know why but there is something motivating
about running in new outfit.
I ran very comfortably throughout the entire training session.

I still have four more days off. I hope to run more during the holidays.
Tomorrow I am thinking of going out for a short bike ride in the morning.
And in the afternoon I hope to run again, hopefully to do some hill repeats.
